By creating an account on Kindred, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kindred. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to: post abusive, harassing, or hateful content; create fake profiles; impersonate others; send spam; attempt to scam other users; or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

4. Content

You own your content. By posting, you grant Kindred a license to display it on the platform. You are responsible for what you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Messaging

To protect users from unwanted messages, our messaging system allows one initial message before the recipient must reply. This rule is enforced server-side and cannot be bypassed.

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, especially for harassment, scams, or fake profiles.

7. Free Service

Kindred is currently free. We may introduce paid features in the future, but the core experience will remain accessible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kindred is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for interactions between users or any damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
